I think the harm that is done by the massage belt is to your brain.
You can’t lose weight through massage. You simply have to burn more calories than you take in. This can only be done by diet, exercise, or both.

When using a sauna area alone who are sweating and getting rid of fluids, and then we drink more and be at zero again. I had a sauna suit and this is how I found out. Is very wet. I will try another approach for losing belly.
