yeah you can, infact even i used it, but see that you dont wear it too tight and when you feel warm and cant bear it just remove it

Those things don’t work. Do some sit-ups and crunches.
If that doesn’t make it go away, you can get a tummy tuck.

It takes 6-8 weeks for the scar to heal OK but I would ask your Dr before using the belt.
