try a maternity girtle It worked wonders with my last 2 pregnancies and I plan on using one this time too. you can get one on jcpenny.com for $25. 00. It helps support you belly but it helps with back pain leg pain siatica etc.

my mid-wife gave me mine. I would ask them for recommendations if they didn’t already just give you one

have you tried any pregnancy strengthening exercises? the doctor that came up with the birth method i will be using (the bradley method) strongly discourages support bands and girdles because it does nothing to help strengthen the muscles needed for giving birth.

It may be something to think about.
