It works, but in a very slow pace.

You cannot use it in a high heat mode which causes you stomach ache or you develop boils or rashes. .

It will reduce belly fat in moderate speed but you need to drink two glasses of water in an empty stomach and wear the belt for atleast 1hr. Results will be very slow.

Along with it you have to go for brisk walking or jogging and avoid fat food items. Only walking or jogging increases the metabolism in your body to burn fat faster.compulsory apply some good oil based lotion on your stomach to avoid rashes due to the heat.

it doesnt work good, there will be no benefit if u would use it, to reduce fat strict exercise is necessary, or avoide oily or or fatty food, avoid bread means chapati, eat only salad and fruits no juice, drink one glass lemon water or mix honey and lemon in warm water, drink in mroning,
