If you have sensitive skin, we strongly advise
you to use the sauna belt over a T-shirt due to its heat in order to
refrain from skin irritations or burns.
We strongly recommend that you immediately stop using the sauna
belt if any skin irritations occur on your body. Please immediately
consult your doctor if this occurs.
Use the sauna belt only for the specified time range of less
than 50 minutes. Rest your skin from the heat of the Sauna Belt after
this period. Please remember that the maximum heat of the sauna belt
is up to122 F.
Adjust the heat controller of the sauna belt to your desired
heating range. If it’s too warm for your skin, please adjust the
heat controller down immediately.
Why I don’t sweat when using the sauna belt?
If you are not sweating, then increase the temperature
again to maximum heat while wearing a T-shirt. Please note that it
will cause skin redness if you strap the sauna belt directly onto
your skin for more than 50 minutes.
We also recommend that you use the sauna belt,
while standing up instead of seating on your couch or chair to burn
more calories. Some people usually don't sweat profusely due to their
body composition, but it will reduce calories. It really takes time
to see the results.
