I used to use a slimming belt while I exercised in the past, but have stopped because I heard it’s pretty useless and only helps sweat. I need a legit answer! Thanks alot to all who answer- I’m new to Yahoo Answers completely, I’m excited to be an avid user!

Hi guys I used one diet pill known as Lida daidaihua which claims to be the worlds no 1 fat burner which is distributed in India by Lidaindia.com . I had gone for the trial package of Rs 1050/- for seven days . I was one hundred and six kilo grams (106 kgs) when I started using it. I lost almost six kilo grams in 5 days. I would like to go on for a full course for 3 months which will cost Rs 3500 per month. Before that I would like to know is there any side effects for this medicne.
They claim its a herbal medicine.
The only problem I faced is dryness in the mouth.

U S E L E S S !!!!!!!!!! You may as well spend your money on good food and maybe a cute workout outfit.
The only thing that helps you lose weight is strict diet, cardio, and weight training…………..Consistently.
Throw that stupid thing in the garbage.
Don’t do that stupid acai berry crap either.. Diet! Exercise! Cardio!
Plain and simple.

its useless..
i have been using one belt…
it only makes u sweat nothing more..
i think if u are excercising regularly u dont need any gadget..
all u can do is plan ur diet to accompany ur excercise regime..
