Does the stomach belt really work for for weight loss?


As Result I have a tiny bit of a belly that i’m trying to take rid of. Does the stomach belt work? I purchased one and I need to know if it will be of some use or not.

use it wile exercising it helps burn more calories by keeping ur stomach tight

All it does is compress and make you look thinner. Think about when you wear tube socks and you remove the socks and your ankles are thinner.

You didnt loose weight in your ankles, you just compressed the skin and fat and it goes back to normal after a few minutes.

Don’t use those belts they restrict blood flow and hurt more than they help.

A toner belt can aid muscle tone and shaping, but cannot really shift much in the way of calories.

Everything works in combination, diet, calorie burning exercise and targeted shaping.

The belt is good for targeting muscle groups that may be difficult to focus on with other exercises, but is not magic.

Yogic Diet

This is very important, if you wish to get back into shape and develop a healthy, slim and shapely physique. Let your diet be Yogic and Sattvic (pure, light and predominantly vegetarian). This means plenty of raw foods – salads, sprouts and seasonal fruit – vegetable juices, dried fruits and loads of water.

Avoid potatoes, peas, chick peas, grams, peanuts, all non-veg fare, fried, fatty and spicy foods, jun/kfast foods, packaged foodstuffs and confectionary products.

Also keep away from milk and milk products such as cheeses and butter.

But you may have plenty of diluted buttermilk prepared from skimmed milk.

Avoid snacking between meals and, as mentioned before, never skip a meal.
