No, I doubt it really works. The logic of putting something hot on a fat part of your body and expecting it to melt away is crazy. So it makes you sweat around your gut. That doesn’t mean that you are burning fat around your guy. To burn viseral fat, you need to work out in certain cardio zones. Don’t work out in the 4 or 5 zone, or you’ll be burning sugar that is being converted to energy. I suggest working out first thing in the morning, as you have been fasting and don’t have anything in your system.
